Vanguard is a Push, Pull, Legs + Upper/Lower hybrid team designed to get you as jacked and strong as possible so that you can achieve that Greek god physique.
The team is designed in a way that allows you to partially customize your programming to fit your specific needs. Each session includes the main lifts that will form the foundation of the workout, and optional exercises for those looking to incorporate a few more movements.
This program design is to allow you to train in a way that fits your goals and schedule without having to sacrifice any progress. The design accommodates for both those that value efficient training, as well as those looking for a more specialized approach.
The team includes a group chat, where we will be able to stay in communication. This will allow us to see how we are progressing as a group, and give the team an outlet to learn and grow as a community. You will be free to ask questions, post form reviews, and interact with other team members.
There are also regular Q&A calls for all training teams where you will have the opportunity to chat with your teammates and myself, as well as have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your training.
